1.1 Why can't I log in?

There could be several reasons for this problem, first check the following: Did you enter the e-mail address you used to register the account? Does your browser accept cookies? If you are sure that the e-mail address is correct, you can request a new password. If you perform an incorrect log in attempt the error message also advises you to reset your password. If you receive a message that your account is inactive, you must first activate it. When you register, an e-mail is sent to the e-mail address you supplied. If you have not received this e-mail within 24 hours you can contact us using the e-mail address you used to register your account and we will activate your account manually. If you still cannot log in after following these instructions please don't hesitate to contact us!

1.3 What is PU leather?

PU (polyurethane) is a polymer, which has many applications, such as use as an artificial substitute for leather.

1.4 Is there a minimal purchase amount?

The minimum purchase per order is to the value of € 150,-- this is exclusive of VAT.

1.5 Can I change my password?

Yes, you can. You can change your details and password under 'My account'. Once you have logged in, click your name at the top on the right or 'My account' at the bottom on the right.

1.8 Why can I not see any prices? is a wholesale business, which implies that we only deliver to companies. You can register and consult the prices. As an individual, it is not possible to register yourself.

1.9 Can I also purchase bags at your company premises? is an online wholesaler in ladies bags with an extensive range of different types of bags such as evening bags and handbags. The bags wholesaler is located in Almere, The Netherlands and only trades via the Internet so you can benefit from highly competitive prices. The wholesaler can be visited by appointment.

1.10 What do I do if a product displays a defect? requests that you inspect the contents when you receive your order with our bags for any damage or manufacturing defects. If you unexpectedly discover damage or a manufacturing defect you must inform us within 48 hours: send an e-mail mentioning the order number and the product's article number to including an attachment with a photograph that clearly displays the defect. After an assessment we will reimburse you for the product or deduct the amount from your next order.

1.11 Can I request my order be delivered to a different address?

Yes, you can. In the order process you can select 'Different delivery address'. You can also change your details under 'My account'. Click 'My account' bottom right or your name at the top right of the screen.

1.12 How long does it take before I receive my order?

Since only delivers from stock, you receive your items the following workday (if you place your order before 3 p.m. on a workday). Orders placed after 3 p.m. on Friday or on Saturday and Sunday are delivered the following Tuesday. If you have not received your items within three days then please contact us.

1.15 Are all the prices exclusive of VAT?

All prices displayed on the site are exclusive of VAT.

1.16 My company is not located in the Netherlands; do I have to pay VAT? supplies its products to international entrepreneurs at the 0% VAT rate. When registering, enter your VAT number. This means that we will not apply VAT.

1.17 What sales prices should I apply?

Our recommended retail price is equal to between 3 and 3.5 times the purchase price, plus VAT. Naturally you can decide the price you want to apply. This may vary per bag. Our factor is intended solely as a guide. Example: purchase price € 11.95 x factor 3 = 35.85 plus 21% VAT equals a retail price of € 43.37. The rounded off recommended retail price is € 39.95

1.18 Why isn't VAT mentioned on my invoice?

This is because our company is located in the Netherlands and deliveries in Europe are subject to the 0% rate. If you are located in the Netherlands and your invoice does not specify VAT something probably went wrong during your registration. If this is the case please contact us so that we can assist you.
